Mike Babcock

Under Mike's management and vision, the Chicago branch has been a consistent performer, sustaining year after year growth.

Prior to joining Partnership Employment, Mike had worked in the staffing industry for 9 years, originally as a Business Development Manager, then as a Branch Manager for a local staffing firm where he oversaw unprecedented growth, taking his office to number one in the company.

Mike's ability to quickly earn the trust and respect of his clients, candidates and staff, his focus on becoming a true and valued partner with his clients, and his dedication to fostering the individual and combined successes of his internal team have been the driving forces behind his success in the staffing industry.

Mike holds an Accounting degree from Western Illinois University and worked in the Accounting field for 7 years before transitioning into recruiting.

He lives in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife, two college age children, and two dogs. Mike enjoys staying in shape and fueling his competitive fire by exercising and playing softball and golf.
