About the Role
We're looking for a Trade & Sales Support Specialist to help grow our Trade Program and build lasting relationships with interior designers and trade partners. As a key member of the Sales Team, you'll drive new business, manage trade accounts, coordinate order updates, and deliver exceptional support from initial inquiry through post-sale, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Program Growth
? Grow the Trade Program through proactive outreach and relationship building with interior designers and trade partners.
? Onboard new trade clients and educate them on program benefits and product offerings.
? Track outreach and client activity in Monday.com.
Trade Account Management
? Serve as the primary point of contact for trade clients from inquiry through delivery and post-sale support.
? Build long-term client relationships through responsive, personalized service.
? Manage trade orders, including product, fabric, size, and shipping updates, while coordinating with internal teams.
? Support returns and exchanges by gathering details and partnering with internal teams on resolution.
Sales & Administrative Support
? Prepare quotes, custom order requests, and pricing for trade clients.
? Respond promptly to trade inquiries via phone and email.
? Coordinate swatch and sample requests and track fulfillment.
? Maintain accurate client, order, and communication records across Shopify, Monday.com, Zendesk, and other internal systems.
You're a Great Fit If You
? Have 5+ years of experience in sales, trade sales support, trade account management, or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the furniture and design industry.
? Understand the interior design trade and the needs of designers and trade clients.
? Are highly organized with excellent communication and time management skills.
? Have experience with Shopify, Monday.com, Zendesk, or similar e-commerce and CRM platforms.
? Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences.
