Position Overview

About the Role

We're seeking a Billing & AR Supervisor to lead day-to-day billing and accounts receivable operations in a high-volume invoicing environment. This role will directly supervise and coach a Customer Service/Billing Clerk team, driving accuracy, timeliness, and strong collections outcomes while resolving escalations with urgency and professionalism. This role will also be responsible for growing, teaching and coaching the internal team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise billing and AR operations, including invoicing, collections, delinquent account monitoring, and payment resolution
  • Coach and develop a team of Customer Service/Billing Clerks, supporting their growth along an established career progression path
  • Manage a high-volume invoicing workload with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Own escalation and complaint resolution, responding with urgency and sound judgment
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure billing processes run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of related billing/AR experience, ideally including supervisory or team-lead responsibility
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • Strong, demonstrable high-volume billing background — this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have
  • Experience developing or coaching team members preferred
  • Familiarity with billing portals a plus: AIA Billing, Oracle, Textura, Sage, Corrigo, Coupa, or Ariba

Logistics

  • Based in Dallas, TX
  • Interview process: initial interview(s) via Microsoft Teams, followed by two in-person interviews
  • Onboarding will begin on-site, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (WFH Mondays and Fridays)
