This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of HR data and compensation strategy, with real influence over decision-making, workforce planning, and pay equity across a global organization.
About the Opportunity
This is a dual-function role combining HRIS ownership with hands-on compensation work. You'll be the primary point of contact for HR systems while also supporting compensation planning, benchmarking, and analysis. With the company in a post-integration phase, you'll play a key part in standardizing processes and aligning practices across business units. You'll support compensation for two distinct populations: internal employees and an international expatriate group, giving the role real breadth.
